Our responsibility towards society and environment extends our entire value chain. We set high standards in the way we operate our sites, and are also working to improve the sustainability performance of our hardware, reducing material use, power demand and noise. We want to take all our suppliers with us on our journey to greater sustainability and use better practices to driver commercial performance.

Priorities

• Sustainable buildings: We will manage environmental impacts at our sites effectively and gain recognition through ISO 14001 certification.

• Sustainable product design: We will minimise the impact of our own products, including environmentally friendly product design, energy and material efficiency, and Solutions-as-a-Service.

• Sustainable supply chain and manufacturing: We set high standards for environmental, social and governance management for suppliers, conduct audits to ensure compliance and establish partnerships to drive continuous improvement.

2024 highlights

• We maintained our global ISO 14001 environmental management system certification.

• We conducted more than 200 supplier ESG assessments, focused on your top suppliers by spend and our “Risk A” vendors.
